We are very easy-going pigs really. There are lots and lots of things that we like and only a few things that we don't like. We like to eat, explore, play games, lay in the sun, sleep on soft things, have our tummies rubbed or stroked, and have friends. We don't like to have our ears or backs touched (mum says it's only us piglets who feel that way), or to be too hot or cold, or chased or patted. If someone pats us it's just the same as telling us they want to fight!

WHAT WE LIKE...

1) Top of the list of our likes has to be food. I LOVE food! Mum says that we're not allowed to eat anything with sugar in because it can give a pig ulcers and even kill us. Seeing that I've never tasted it I can't tell you whether I like it though. Everything else that I've tasted has been delicious! Mum's milk is the best but she's beginning to get stingy with it. We're lucky , we get the same food as all the other animals on the farm - even the tall ones. We get dry horse and goat cubes. We get fresh vegetables and fruit. We get a bit of the dogs' cubes and their bone shavings and other bits of left over meat. The left- overs from the tall ones is a mixture of allsorts - you won't believe the different things that they eat.

Our wild cousins the other side of the fence just eat grass and roots. I can't see how they can survive on just that but they are very strong and healthy. Mum says we should all be out there eating the same but I wouldn't like that.
